Strong By the Bell

Elevate your skills and deepen your knowledge as a student-athlete and coach in Strong By the Bell, a kettlebell specific intensive with trainers Tiffany Peche and Katy Esparza.  Master the fundamentals and breakdown of core kettlebell movements, teaching tools and methodologies, points of performance and movement research.  With personalized instruction and mentorship, you’ll gain a deep understanding of body mechanics and anatomy to enable you to coach and correct with confidence, precision and precise terminology.  Get seriously strong, invest in your personal development and take your clients’ success to the next level by enrolling!

Dive into an immersive experience that blends theory, hands-on practice, and e-learning focused on functional fitness. Over five dynamic Saturdays, you'll master essential skills like warm-ups, lifts, workout design, and class management. Build the confidence to lead safe, effective classes and inspire clients, while also learning nutrition coaching and client engagement strategies.

Whether new to coaching, an experienced instructor, or eager to deepen your fitness knowledge, this training will equip you with the tools to lead engaging classes or enhance your own fitness journey!

Join Stacey Pape as she covers the points of performance, detailed posture research, and precise posture breakdowns giving you the tools to teach with clarity and confidence.

You'll explore the role of the central nervous system in yoga, master the art of dialogue, and hone your skills in timing, music, tone, and setting goals for your classes. With personalized one-on-one mentorship and a focus on personal development and leadership, Yoga Reset empowers you to lead with purpose and inspire lasting change in your students

Elevate your yoga practice and teaching with 26 & 2, a comprehensive program designed to deepen your understanding of the classic Bikram sequence. You'll master class sequencing and dialogue, conduct posture research, explore the lineage and breakdown of each posture, gaining a solid grasp of anatomy and body systems.

With expert guidance on teaching methodologies, personal development, and one-on-one mentorship, you’ll walk away with the skills & confidence to effectively lead and inspire your students.

  • Master the sequence, dialogue, and posture breakdown of the classic Bikram series
