    Blend theory, hands-on practice, and e-learning focused on functional fitness. to master essential skills like warm-ups, lifts, workout design, and class management. Build the confidence to lead safe, effective classes and inspire clients, while also learning nutrition coaching and client engagement strategies.

  • Strong By the Bell

    Elevate your skills and deepen your knowledge as a student-athlete and coach and master the fundamentals and breakdown of core kettlebell movements, teaching tools and methodologies, points of performance and movement research. Get seriously strong, invest in your personal development and take your clients’ success to the next level.

  • 26 & 2 (Bikram 90)

    Take your yoga practice and teaching to the next level with 26 & 2, designed to deepen your understanding of the classic Bikram sequence. Master class sequencing and dialogue, and explore the lineage and detailed breakdown of each posture. Walk away with the skills and confidence to lead with precision and inspire your students!

  • High Energy Active Training

    Join trainers Dorothy Capanas & Liz Peters for a transformative training experience focused on enhancing strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Deepen your fitness knowledge, elevate your coaching, and gain confidence to lead inspiring fitness sessions and motivate clients at all levels!
